NROC Network Member Meeting
!

March 26-27, 2012
Beach Resort Monterey
Monterey, California

The theme for the fourth annual NROC Network Member Meeting is

"Teaching with the Power of Digital Media."

Topics of discussion will include:

  • The Shifting Education Landscape - Online and blended learning, how digital media and social  technologies are driving innovation, and "flipping" the educational landscape
  • Professional Development - New models for helping educators leverage the power of  teaching with digital and participatory media
  • NROC Implementation and Impacts - Maximizing the use of the NROC Library, the Network, and the new HippoCampus to support your institution's innovations
  • Opening Math for All Learners - a deep dive into the new NROC Math curriculum based on pilot experiences
  • Special Post-Conference Workshop - What's Next? An exploration of curricular needs in developmental literacy

Held on the shores of California’s beautiful Monterey Peninsula, this intimate meeting gives members a chance to interact and learn from colleagues and expand their knowledge of trends in online and blended learning and the value of NROC membership. The NROC Member Meeting gives you a chance to discover, discuss, learn and share!

We also welcome any organization thinking of becoming an NROC member; this is a great opportunity to see your future!
