Passport Series:

Destination Argentina and Chile

In Anne Haynam’s Passport Series, you’ll be exploring flavors and culinary traditions of the world while learning techniques and recipes to inspire your own dinner party.  For your first stop, cook, eat and drink your way through a mini “vacation” as we explore the foothills of the Andes and the world-class bottlings and earthy cuisine. Learn how to pair wines from the region and the techniques to make: Spinach and Green Pea Empanadas using Ancho chile dough; Roasted Cod with Creamy Ragu of Tomatoes, Basil, Potatoes and Onion; Skirt Steak with Sweet Potato Grits and Chimichurri; and Apple and Vanilla Bean Stuffed Crepes with Dulche de Leche and Toasted Pecans.
