Exhibitor registration is open for the RMLS^™ Education Summit and Trade Fair taking place on March 1, 2012 from 10AM to 4PM.

Who attends: This event is not open to the general public. Typically, 800 - 1,500 RMLS^™ subscribers, as well as non-subscribing real estate professionals, attend from all over Oregon and SW Washington.

How is the event marketed: We announce our event in many ways including our subscriber-facing website (RMLSweb.com), our weekly Monday Morning Missives sent to offices, RMLS^™ blog (RMLSblog.com), Twitter (RMLSweb), Facebook (Regional Multiple Listing Service), multiple direct emails, office visits by staff, and word-of-mouth.

Booth rates: (early bird rate/after February 1) The early bird deadline is January 31, 2012.

Single ($450/$500), single premium ($500/$550), double ($800/$850), double premium ($950/$1000), suite ($1500/$1550).

Sponsorships*:

Platinum SOLD OUT ($1950 – 20x20 suite, map & snack sponsorships, logo on all marketing materials, plus more)

Gold SOLD OUT ($1350 – double booth, map or snack sponsorship, logo on all marketing materials, plus more)

Silver SOLD OUT ($750 – single booth, map or snack sponsorship, logo on all marketing materials, plus more)

Internet ($1200 - Sponsor the Internet for the hall and have your logo featured on a sign by itself all day. This sponsorship does not include a booth)

Snack ($200 – sponsor the snacks and beverages, your logo appears on signage near the snack area)

Map ($200 – designed to increase booth attendance, sponsor a spot on the map, stamp attendees maps as they visit, attendees turn in the map to qualify for entry into door prize drawings)

Presentation ($100 – hold an informal 30 minute presentation on your product or service in the designated presentation area. Presenter is responsible for marketing of their presentation and RMLS^™ does not guarantee attendance).
