While living in California, Ms. Bryant began independently to counsel teens involved in gang related activity and criminal conduct.  She had such a passion for this undertaking that many of the teens confided in her regarding family circumstances as well as pending legal charges and court dates, which resulted in visits with numerous incarcerated teens.   Subsequently, in 1993, Ms. Bryant relocated to Atlanta and established Caring & Sharing.

Through the years, Caring & Sharing has successfully organized several events, most recently,  “I AM”…  Fashion Show  for the 3rd consecutive year, at Macy’s.  Over twenty Stir It Up Girls took center stage and displayed their 60 seconds of gorgeousness!  Her goal is to help adolescent girls overcome economic and social barriers and to become leaders and advocates in their communities regardless of their career choices.  Ms. Bryant believes that regardless of academic standing, family history, or social conditioning, the seed of genius has been naturally implanted in all children.
