Emotional Intelligence: the key to high performance

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to a wide range of emotional and social skills that are invaluable to individuals in any business context. Research shows a strong correlation between success at work and well-developed emotional intelligence. Like other forms of intelligence, such as IQ, Emotional Intelligence can be assessed and measured. Unlike IQ, which is generally accepted to be stable, emotional intelligence can be developed and improved.

What will you learn?

Using a comprehensive participant workbook (provided) and expert facilitation, each participant will learn:

  1. The major components of emotional intelligence.
  2. Recognize the behaviors and characteristics of an emotionally intelligent person.
  3. Identify areas in which emotional intelligence skills can be applied.
  4. Learn about their own emotional strength and growth opportunities.
  5. Generate action steps that they can take to improve their emotional and social abilities and their own success.
