How to Filet Fish 

Whether you catch it yourself, or buy it whole from a fishmonger, you need to know how to filet that beauty to get the most out of it.

Join Jeff Henderson of Nantucket Fresh Catch in the kitchen at Bartlett's and learn how to filet a whole round fish and a whole flat fish.

Class cost is $55.00 and you will not only take home your new knowledge, but you will get to take home your four fish filets, too!

You are welcome to bring your own sharp filet knife, but if you don't have one, they are available for purchase for an additional $15 when you register.

Class starts when the farm closes at 6pm.

It will be over when everyone's fish are fileted.
