The CAP Software 2012 Reseller Conference is just a month away, and we cannot wait to see you all in Texas. In the meantime, we have some helpful dates, and things for your reference to keep you "in the know". Please read on, and call us if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• February 10, 2012- Early Bird Registration closed.
• April 25, 2012- Cutoff date by hotel for group room rate discount. Please make all reservations for your rooms prior to this date. The discounted rate is $169 for rooms that normally start at $270.00 per night.
• May 4, 2012- Cutoff date for 2012 CAP Reseller Conference Registration.

Transportation:

CAP Software will be providing transportation to and from DFW airport for all attendees for this event. In order for arrangements to be made, please email: elizabeth@capretail.com when you have booked your flights.

In that email, please include the following details:

Once your travel arrangements have been made, you will receive a confirmation email closer to the event date of your arrangements for pick up and drop off at the airport.

It is a Texas tradition to take great care of guests while they are visiting. That is why CAP Software is excited to invite you to join us for all of your meals while you are here. Last year, we provided so much food, people actually had to stop eating!
