The Greater Philadelphia Area Baseball Coaches Clinic, hosted by Grand Slam USA in Malvern, is 2 days worth of information-packed sessions presented by local experts. Philadelphia has a wealth of baseball knowledge right in its backyard, and now it will be available to baseball coaches of all levels and interested players.  Speakers include head coaches from Villanova University (Joe Godri), St Joseph’s University (Fritz Hamburg),  Temple University (Ryan Wheeler), and Haverford College (Dave Beccaria).  In addition, we are excited to have a special appearance from Steve Springer, performance coach for the Toronto Blue Jays and author of Quality At Bats, “The Mental Side”.  Copies of his CD & DVD will be available for purchase at a discounted price at the clinic.  Featured coaches will talk about the technical aspects of baseball.  Topics include "Practice organization - Making minutes count", "Catching mechanics / Pitcher - Catcher relationship", "Pitching preparation & prehab between starts". Attendees can take away insider specifics and apply them immediately.
