In the rare event a session must be canceled, the Human Systems Institute, Inc., Jane Peterson, Donald Chitwood and guest presenters sponsored by the Institute shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of moneys paid to it by participants for that session. By registering, the participant agrees that neither the Human Systems Institute, Inc., Jane Peterson, Donald Chitwood nor any guest facilitator shall be liable for any damages, loss, harm, or expense occasioned by any act or omission by themselves or any other course participant.
Cancellations made up to SEVEN (7) days before the start of the course will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within SEVEN (7) days or less before the start of the course will have a $125 processing fee deducted. The refund or remaining balance will be returned to you through the same method through which you made your payment (i.e., refund on credit card if you paid by credit card, your check returned if you paid by check, cash if you paid cash.)

This six session web-based training covers what you need to build on your experience with family constellations and begin working effectively with business clients and organizations
During this three-month, six-module course, you will gain the expertise to:
- Understanding the key dynamics and structures of organizations
- The OC interview: what you need to know to facilitate OC successfully
- Family issues in organizational contexts: the FOO Factor & other dynamics
- Methods: intuition made visible – introducing embodied knowledge in organization
- Methods: using OC in coaching & management
- Methods: using OC with teams and parts of organizational groups
Program includes:
- Seven online video-conferences with Dr. Peterson and your learning group
- Real-world learning activities that you can use in your professional work
- Well structured course materials that make learning easy and effective, including: online training exercises, selected readings, and online demonstrations
- Online classroom with articles, class forum and other support
- Limited learning group size so your questions receive attention from the trainer.
Group Size: The learning group for this program is limited to sixteen people. Each applicant will be interviewed to ensure good group chemistry.
Schedule: We will start when we reach our registration goal, with the intention of beginning in January 2012. Group sessions are scheduled to maximize the possiblity that everyone can participate.

TRAINER: Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is an international trainer of systemic constellation work in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, South Africa, and the U.S. Dr. Peterson is a contributing writer, editor, and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Magazine. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach and a member of the Family Firm Institute, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
