HR Supervisory Briefing: Addressing Employee Attendance Issues - Session 1
When an employee reports late to work or misses a day do you track the time as an occurrence of absence? What is the difference between pre-scheduled and unexcused time off? When should I address an employee via corrective action? This session will review the university's attendance policy and provide examples that supervisors may encounter daily.
All supervisory staff are expected to attend one of these sessions.
