Join LifeSport Coaching in Penticton, for a special preparation camp on the legendary Subaru Ironman Canada course.
This camp offers the best opportunity for specific coaching on the course, led by our team of professional coaches and accomplished Ironman Canada competitors.
All participants will gain extensive knowledge of practical training and personalized tactical information to guarantee race day success.
This camp is designed to suit the first time Ironman competitor, the experienced Ironman athlete or triathletes who are looking for a great learning opportunity.

Camp Schedule
Saturday:
7am: Meet and Greet
7:15-7:45am: Lecture - Ironman Nutrition - Dealing with Heat, Hydration and Nutrition Strategies. Calorie Intake, Sodium, Fluids, Caffeine, and creating your own proven system.
7:45am-8:15am: Lecture - Ironman Canada Bike Course - Bike course details, racing & pacing strategies.
8:30am-3:30pm: Training - Bike and Run - Supported Ride on the Ironman Canada Course, or a selected portion according to your readiness. A short Run off the bike on a portion of the Ironman Canada Run Course.
6:00pm: Group Social Dinner.
Sunday:
7:00am-7:30am: Lecture - Ironman Canada Run Course - Run course details, racing & pacing strategies.
7:45am - 11am: Training - Run on the Ironman Canada Run Course (10-20 miles according to your readiness).
1pm - 1:30pm: Lecture - Ironman Canada Swim Course - Swim course details and racing strategies.
1:45pm - 2:45pm Training - Supported Open Water Swim on the Ironman Canada Race Course.
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Coaches Q&A - Camp wrap up and goodbyes.
Camp fees include training, coaching, facilities, camp souvenirs, and training nutrition. Travel, meals and accomodation are not included. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
