Webinar: Creating Engaging Online Surveys, 13 December 2011

Join Snap's Marc Ellison for this free 20 minute Snap taster webinar.  Marc will show you some of Snap's professional tools which will help you to design online and mobile questionnaires tailored to your respondents (NB: this is not a training session).

More engaging questionnaires mean more engaged respondents,  which leads to better response rates and  more valuable information.

Marc will cover:

Video - a number of customers have already introduced videos into their surveys,  most notably the RNID for signing questions.

Audio - audio questions can add an extra dimension to surveys as well as including respondents for whom reading may be a problem.

Sliders - use the sliders already in Snap or create your own to add fun or gather information in more creative ways.

Images - clickable images enable respondents to interact with visual questions ranging from basic location maps to more complex preference selection type questions. He will also show an example of drag and drop questions in a questionnaire.

Routing / Piping - Snap gives you much greater flexibility than most survey tools when it comes to routing. Well planned and executed  routing for complex surveys will help to maintain response rates, by ensuring your respondents time isn't wasted with irrelevant sections and questions.

Text substitution and masking - relatively simple but not used as often as they could be.  Marc will demonstrate how easy it is to tailor questions based on previous answers.

At the end of this webinar you will have a better understanding of some of the professional level features in Snap,  and how you can apply them to your online and mobile questionnaires.
