ALSO Annual Spring Conference

 

This year's Annual Assisted Living Conference brings together assisted living owners and administrators from across New Mexico with common goals in mind - how to change the way we do business  when what we've always done isn't as effective as it used to be.  How many times have you heard, or even said it yourself, "But we've always done it that way....."  Maybe you have, but when doing it the way you've always done it  doesn't cut it, then what do you do?  

We can blame the economy.....BUT, there are thriving businesses out there and new communities opening up daily.  What's the difference between those that are thriving and those that are not?  Is it the use of technology, our hiring practices, our marketing strategies??
