Arkansas State University Choir Camp 2012 

ASU Choir Camp is a learning experience for singers entering 7th grade in fall 2012 through May 2012 high school graduates. From June 24-June 28, each student participates in the Mixed Choir, Male or Female Choir, and either Show Choir or Senior High Chamber Choir. Camp starts on Sunday, June 24 at 2:00 p.m. and ends on Thursday, June 28, at 1:00 p.m.  Cost of the ASU Choir Camp is $295 for on – campus, $195 for commuters. Students may opt for individual vocal lessons for an additional $45, or for group piano and guitar lessons. Leadership is provided by ASU faculty and students, as well as local junior high and senior high choral directors. All students may participate in evening activities.

• Application and $75.00 deposit is due by May 25, 2012.  Payment of balance and refundable $50 key deposit is due on or before the first day of camp, June 24.

• DISCOUNTS--$10 off for early registration and deposit (received by May 4); $50 off for 2011 Junior High and High School All-Region Choir members; $40 additional off for 2012 All-State Choir members.

• Extracurricular activities include: dance, movie, talent show, recreation in the Red Wolf Center, and a final concert on the last day of camp.

• Housing will be in University dormitories, meals will be in the Student Union Acansa Dining Hall.

• Items needed for dorm students: Bedding, toiletries, appropriate clothing for rehersals and performances.

• Registration is on Sunday, June 24, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Cashier's Window on the second floor of the Student Union.
