Few things are as challenging as leading others and leading with others! Yet, we each face these challenge every day as we lead alongside elders, staff and/or key volunteers. Some of the common challenges we experience are: 

• Discerning direction together
• Resolving conflict and differences
• Yielding and submitting personal preferences
• Listening and accepting constructive feedback
• Maintaining unity
• Fostering healthy relationships

Dave Cover and Keith Simon

The Crossing -Coloumbia, MO

The Crossing planted in 2000 with an intentional team based philosophy. Dave and Keith serve as Co-Pastors and have instilled a team based approach to ministry with their Elders, Staff and Volunteers. The Crossing reaches 3300 over three services and has been actively involved in planting other team based churches.  

 

 

 

Jonathan McIntosh  

Christ City Church-Memphis, TN

 

 

Jonathan and his family moved to Memphis last year to plant Christ City Church which launched in the fall of 2010. Soon after arriving in Memphis, he realized he needed a team of like-minded people around him if Christ City Church was going to be the Christ-centered, city-focused Christian community that he had envisioned.

 

 

Ryan Huguley  

Redemption Bible Church-Mt. Prospect, IL

 

 

 

Huguley, along with a team of three men who now serve as Elders alongside him, planted Redemption Bible Church in Palatine, IL in September of 2009. Currently they are located Mt. Prospect, IL just miles from where they began their mission to "know Jesus and make him known by living in light of the Gospel as a community on mission."
