Elementary Adult Piano, Part 1 and Introduction to Vocals 

February 20-April 2
(February 20, 27, March 5, 12, 26, & April 2) 
6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Learn to play the piano in this group class, which will consist of piano solo, technique, and theory. You'll learn about notes, note values, and chords, plus some vocal excercises!  Book recommended,  All In One by Willard Palmer (CD not necessary).

Marianne Hays was a vocal music major with extensive piano study and holds a B.M.E. and M.M.E. from Arkansas State University. She started teaching in 1984, and taught 1 1/2 years in public schools and 14 years of college level fine art musical and class piano. Many of her students compete and excel each year in the Federated Music Clubs and Arkansas State Music Teachers Association competitions.
