(Part Two/Three-Part Series) If you’ve received a diagnosis of early CKD (stage 1, 2, or 3), this program will help you to maintain kidney health and protect your kidneys by understanding diet, exercise and lifestyle factors that are important for kidney health. Thursday, June 21, 9:30-11:00a.m.: Living With Late Stage Chronic Kidney Disease. (Part Three/Three-Part Series)  If you have late stage chronic kidney disease, this program will help you understand treatment options that are available to you, as well as ways to maintain your kidney health and delay progression of CKD.  (Sun City Church of the Nazarene)
