A Community-Wide Retreat for Women

Get away from the world for a spa like no other. No manicures or facials at this spa, but instead a thorough soaking in the peace, sense of purpose, and well being for which your body, soul, and spirit long.

Join us for thought provoking stories and teaching, music and art, personal encouragement and guided spiritual activities that will help you take the next step on your spiritual journey.

Dates: This is a two-day program being held on Friday evening, February 24, 2012, from 6:45 to 9:00 p.m. with social hour until 10:00 p.m., and on Saturday, February 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We encourage you to attend both days in order to enjoy the full experience planned for you. If you are only able to join us for one of the two days, single-day ticket options are available. Registration in advance is required. Overnight accommodations are not part of the program.

Payment: By Paypal or check. Paypal is an online payment system that requires a credit card; you do not have to have a Paypal account. If you choose to pay by check, please bring it to the Christ Church Lake Forest campus by February 17. If we have not received your check by February 17 and there is a waiting list for tickets, we will have to cancel your registration. 

What's included: The ticket price includes admission, food, and gifts relevant to the program. 

Food: The Saturday program will offer light breakfast options and a sit-down lunch. We try to design meals so that they allow us all to eat together whatever our food sensitivities, but if you are severely allergic or have very specific dietary needs, please feel free to bring your own food or contact the event organizer to discuss options.

Scholarships: Spiritual Spa is committed to making our events financially accessible to anyone who would like to attend. For this reason, we have a scholarship program that offers different pricing options for the weekend -- full price ($49), partial scholarship ($29) or full scholarship ($0). The full price and partial scholarship options can be chosen on the registration page by entering the number of tickets you are purchasing into the "Quantity" field that corresponds to your desired ticket price.

If you would like to request a full scholarship, please send an email to the event organizer. In your email, include your preferred ticket type (2-day, Friday only, or Saturday only), as well as your contact information so we can provide you with further instructions. 

Location: The Spa will take place at Christ Church Lake Forest, 100 N Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045. The entrance to the Spa will be from the south parking lot (nearest the intersection) and plenty of parking is available.

Access: The facility is fully accessible to those with disabilities. Please contact the event organizer if you need special assistance.

Attire: Friday night is "come as you are" -- dressed from work, casual, dressed up, or whatever makes you feel good. Saturday is "comfy casual." Please dress in casual and comfortable attire. Modest workout attire is welcome.

REFUND POLICY:  Ticket purchases are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer your ticket to another attendee, please contact the organizer with the name and contact information for the person to whom you are transferring your ticket. Send an email with this information no later than 48 hours prior to the event by clicking here. Those using transferred tickets must present a copy of the original ticket receipt at the door in order to be admitted.
