Description:   USATF Sanctioned Cross Country meet meet open to all comers in Sub-bantam, bantam, midget, youth, Intermediate and Young Adult age groups.  There will also be a open 5000 meter race for Adults.

Sub-bantam-born in 2004 or earlier

Bantam-born in 2002 and 2003

Midget-born in 2000 and 2001

Youth-born in 1998 and 1999

Intermediate- born in 1996 and 1997

Young Adult-born in 1994 and 1995

Registration/Costs:  $7.00 in advance, $10.00 day of event.  Registration at....

Awards:  Trophies to top 5 male and female finishers in Sub-Bantam, Bantam, Midget, and Youth events.  Medals to finishers 6-10.  Medals to top 10 male and female finishers in Intermediate, Young Adult, and Open events.  Awards must be picked up at meet.  The top team in each division(subbantam-youth) will receive trophies(traditional XC scoring).  The top 3 teams overall will receive plaques(based on subbantam thru youth team results).  For overall team scoring, the top team in each division will receive 5 points, the second 4......fifth will get one point.  Teams with less than 5 athletes will be eligible for points, but 5 athlete teams will finish ahead of teams with fewer than five, 4 athlete teams will finish ahead of 3, etc.
