Joyce Mazero is Partner and Leader of the Haynes and Boone Restaurant and Retail Industries and Franchise and Distribution Law Practices. She has substantial business experience as lead project partner assisting clients in developing strategy, structuring, negotiating, implementing, and resolving disputes for product and service-based domestic and international license, franchise, distribution, and shared
services systems.
Mazero, known for her advocacy of women in the foodservice industry and beyond, was named the 2010 Women's Foodservice Forum Leadership Award winner. Among her various honors and awards, Joyce was named by Chambers USA as one of the nation's leading franchise attorneys for 2007 and she received the prestigious Band 1 recognition in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. She was also named one of the nation's leading franchise attorneys and to "20 to Watch" in 2007 in Franchise Times.

Former U.S. Ambassador began her Foreign Service career in Paris, where she served as Special Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador to France, then later, as a member of the U.S. Delegation to the Paris Peace Talks on Vietnam. She subsequently served in Sydney, Australia, before beginning a long involvement with Africa, in Senegal, where she served as Cultural Attache.
In recent years, Ambassador Cook has occupied senior positions in Washington, including Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs. She transitioned to the private sector in 1999, and is now an international business consultant with her own firm, The Ballard Group, LLC.

Joseph J. Kadow has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since April 2005, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 1994. He also serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Officer - Legal and Corporate Affairs and Secretary of several other subsidiaries.
OSI Restaurant Partners owns Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion. Mr. Kadow is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Scranton.

Carin Stutz is Chief Executive Officer and President of Cosi, Inc., leading all aspects of franchise development and operations for 80 company-owned and 57 franchise restaurants operating in 17 states, the District of Columbia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Stutz previously served as president of global business development for Brinker International, leading all operations and franchise development for 240 Chili's and Maggiano's restaurants around the globe. She is the current Chair of the Women's Foodservice Forum.
