STEP THREE - Financial Information 

STEP THREE involves financial information...such as how you plan to pay for camp.  The total cost of camp is $530 for the week.  This includes all activities, your room and meals as well as MedQuest swag.  Many families are unable to front the $530 for camp tuition.  We ask that you please complete STEP THREE to let us know whether you need a scholarship or not.  If you need a scholarship, you must complete all sections of the form.

NOTE: Students are responsible for paying a $50 deposit.  This deposit is not covered by scholarship funds.  The $50 deposit will be applied towards camp tuition.  The $50 deposit will be refunded to those who are not accepted to camp.
