28th Annual Spring Conference 

The leading annual conference for the business of chemistry in New Jersey will take place on Monday, April 23 and Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the Seaview Resort in Galloway Township, NJ.

In 2011, the Chemistry Council joined the United Nations by adopting a theme in support of the International Year of Chemistry. This year we continue to celebrate chemistry and the impact it has in our life. The 28^th Annual Spring Conference will highlight the business of chemistry and how it directly touches more than 96 percent of all manufactured goods. Chemicals remain New Jersey’s largest single export, accounting for 25 percent of all the state’s exports in 2010.  The business of chemistry and its presence in New Jersey is and will remain instrumental in making the state, the country, and the world a better, safer and more enjoyable place.

The Spring Conference  is a major New Jersey industry event that provides attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors the opportunity to interact in an intimate setting with executives from leading companies and promote your products and services.  Attendees learn about the latest developments affecting their business, get updates on legislative and regulatory issues, participate in seminars directly related to their businesses and interact with elected officials.  It is also an opportunity to visit with exhibitors to learn about new products and services available from various companies.

PAY BY CHECK CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

DAILY REGISTRATION

Registration fees include all meal functions and programming events pertaining to that particular day or days. The registration fee does not include your hotel accommodations cost or registration for golf tournament. CCNJ has reserved a block of rooms for a special rate at the Seaview; you may reserve your room online or by contacting the hotel directly at 855-894-8698.

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policies

A 4% convenience fee will be added to all payments made with a credit card. Please note, the registration rates you will see on the next page already have the 4% convenience fee added to them. If you wish to avoid paying the 4% convenience fee, select the “Pay by Check” option. CCNJ will be notified and based on your registration selection, we will email the contact with corrected invoice for payment.

Cancellations received on or before Friday, April 13, 2012 will receive a full refund less $30 processing fee.  If you cancel after April 13, 2012 or do not attend no refund will be granted, and if you selected to “Pay by Check” you will be responsible for the full payment.  Substitution of attendees may be made at any time.  If you selected the Group Rate and if cancellations within your group bring your total below 4, you will be responsible for the difference and charged the regular rate.

The CCNJ Annual Spring Conference is promoted as a member company event. Invitations may be extended by CCNJ and other member companies to individuals who may be interested in attending.  All member and non-member companies are invited to consider supporting the conference through sponsorships, advertising, and/or exhibiting, as well, any non-member company wishing to participate as an attendee or sponsor may contact Elvin Montero or Eileen Domanico at 609.392.4214.
