Respect Yourself/Protect Yourself 

Empowerment conference for girls ages 14-16. This conference is FREE, but registration is required and is limited to the first 50 girls - so register early.

This conference is designed to empower young females to take care of themselves, both physically and emotionally. There will presentations on exploration of diversity,  boundary setting, media influences, women’s health,and self defense. The day will end with a yoga session, and each participant will take home a water bottle, sports towel and yoga mat.  

Come dressed in comfy, stretchy clothes. This is  a must for this conference.
