Join Chefs Sophia & Miles for another of their fabulous tours of Italian cuisine in this lively hands-on cooking class. Tuscan chicken liver pate on crustini will be the starter for our classic Italian meal. From there, don your apron and get your hands into the flour as we make homemade pasta - the old fashioned way with an Atlas pasta machine and lots of cranking. To the pasta we’ll add mint which will beautifully accompany the main course of Spicy Lamb Ragu.
