The Celebration of Entrepreneurial Success will showcase the breadth of entrepreneurial initiatives at Towson University and recognize the achievements of recent incubator graduates Transcending Cosmetics, Chesapeake Compensation Solutions, and NeWo Technologies. Event highlights include:

NeWo Technologies, LLC is a leading electronic product development firm that brings wholesale research and development to the masses.  NeWo specializes in the development of real-time data harvesting and wireless transmission technologies.   The company provides:   100% in-house product development (concept, requirements, hardware, mechanical, software, and interface); and broad service capabilities that eliminate the need for companies to maintain costly R&D infrastructure in-house.  The company employs team project management to avoid technical hurdles that occur with isolated development teams.

Transcending Cosmetics, LLC was founded to market Linda Seidel’s proprietary product, Natural Cover, to makeup professionals and medical practitioners nationally and internationally.  Ms. Seidel also operates a local studio where she consults with clients and conducts professional training seminars in the art of corrective makeup. Linda Seidel is a pioneer in the corrective/camouflage makeup field. When she was unable to find a product that would perform for her clients, she worked with a chemist to make her own proprietary formulation. For more than 30 years, she has consulted with clients personally, trained other makeup artists and aestheticians, and marketed her products in salons and medical offices around the world.
