On Saturday, March 31, CARA recruiters will share techniques and best practice tips to prepare for job interviews. This workshop consists of three distinct areas – resume preparation, work samples, and interviewing skills.

Jeff Warner will cover the different types of resumes as well as critical details you should include based on the type of job you are pursuing. During the work samples portion, Elizabeth Burke will share what to include and how to present your work samples to highlight your experience and skills. Lisa Vitale will present how to prepare for interview and share some  techniques for different interviewing scenarios including on-site, phone, and video-conferencing.

Following the interviewing skills portion, you will breakout into groups and practice your interviewing skills using the tips and techniques for your resume, work sample portfolio, and presentational skills shared during this workshop.

At the end of the workshop, there will be an optional one-hour "Ask the Experts" panel Q&A.
