Come to a special afternoon tasting event at the new Pastiche Wines, upstairs from Pastiche Wine Bar and Bistro.
Scott Buer and Christin Johnstone-Buer from Bolzano Artisan Meats will be there, talking about how they make their charcuterie and guiding you through all the complex tastes of their salamis.
2011 U.S. Champion Cheese Maker Katie Hedrich, from LaClare Farms will also be at this event. Katie won Best of Show out of 1604 different cheeses at the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest with her LaClare Farms Evalon.
Selections from both of these artisan food companies will be expertly paired together along with wines chosen by Pastiche Wines in their new luxurious upstairs store and tasting rooms.
