| THIS REGISTRATION FORM AND OTHER REQUESTED INFORMATION IS DUE BY MARCH 30th IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2012 JUNEBUG ARTFEST. | |||

| Please read the entire form before filling it in. This event is funded entirely by donations. Please consider making a donation of $25.00 to help defray the cost of printing. If paying by check, please make it payable to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce. | |||

| 1. Artists and Crafters may exhibit at the Junebug ArtFest any or all listed Friday nights in June, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. | |||

| 2. All artwork must be original art, conceived and executed solely by the artist or craftsman. | |||
| |||
| 3. Each outdoor exhibitor will be assigned a space on either Main St. or New St. Outdoor exhibitors will provide their own tables, etc., and must be present at their assigned space during the event. | |||

| 4. You must submit via mail or email 3 images (jpeg) representing the artwork you will be exhibiting/selling, and a photo of yourself. Please email to metuchen.chamber@verizon.net or mail to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce; 323 Main St.; Suite B; Metuchen, NJ 08840. | |||
