If you are interested in teaching at IDEA, we encourage you to fill out your application online as soon as possible.  When your application enters our system, it gets screened within 10 days, and you will be called to set up a phone interview if your application passes our screen. Please get your application in as soon as possible so you may have the best chance of getting a position at an IDEA school!

Expectations

At the Teacher Recruitment Event, you will have a chance to:

• Meet and great principals
• Participate in a Mini Q&A about what its like to work at IDEA

If a Principal you meet is impressed, he or she will forward your information to an IDEA Teacher Recruiter, who will then will reach out to you for a phone interview 

What to Bring

If you’re coming to the job fair, please make sure that you bring the following: 

• Professional clothes
• Resumes for all the schools at which you are interested in working
• Bright, positive attitude
• Questions regarding our schools
