Kayam Farm was founded in 2006 by the Pearlstone Center as an outreach effort for Jewish environmental and agricultural education. Kayam has grown to cultivate 5 acres of crops with a wide variety of Jewish educational gardens and 2 greenhouses. Kayam has over 3500 visitors a year who participate in educational and service learning programs of all types.

Pearlstone Conference & Retreat Center is a year-round full service Jewish hospitality venue dedication to promoting Jewish immersion experiences. Guest rooms for the "Planting Seeds" conference are hotel-style with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom.
