Registration Fee:
$70 (includes lunch, continuing education credits, and materials for both days). All participants must pre-register with payment. Registration closes June 4, 2012. There will be no on-site registration.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE): This continuing nursing education activity was approved for 13 contact hours by the Maryland Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

 

Continuing Education (CE) for Social Workers: This activity was approved for 13 contact hours by The National Catholic School of Social Services (NCSSS). The NCSSS at the Catholic University of America is accredited as a provider of continuing social work education by the Council on Social Work Education. 

 

**A certificate will be given to each participant upon completion of this training program and the program evaluation form. All participants must sign in at the beginning of the program and attend the entire program**

The End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) Project is a national end-of-life educational program administered by City of Hope National Medical Center (COH) and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) designed to enhance palliative care in nursing. The ELNEC Project was originally funded by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with additional support from funding organizations (the National Cancer Institute, Aetna Foundation, Archstone Foundation, California HealthCare Foundation and the Department of Veterans Affairs).
