Healthy New Year Cooking Series

Combine healthy meals with Chinese dietary herbs and medical theories based on seasonal changes and your particular body condition.

Tofu Dim Sum

The healthy meal you will learn to make: 

 Weight Loss Dim Sum

Fresh hearty vegetables  mixed with sprouts, nuts, fresh ginger and lime.

Wrapped in rice paper and steamed. Garnished with sesame oil. Easily modified at home for meat lovers.

The additional menu options you will be served at the event:

Golden Vegetable Stir-Fry ( Zuchini, Pumpkin and Summer Squash) with Szechuan Quinoa

 With a taste of our special Handmade Vegetarian Dumplings

 Complimentary Pumpkin Mochi
