               Putting Challenge on Practice Green begins at 9:45

REGISTRATION FEE:  $85 per golfer

INCLUDES: green fees, cart, hot dog lunch, chicken & mostaccioli dinner, contest  and prizes. (Putting Challenge, Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, and Hole-in-One Shoot Out for a Myrtle Beach Vacation)

FORMAT:  

• Golf Outing will be played in Scramble Format with 4-person team. (In a scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed)
• If you do not enter a team list of 4, you may be placed with others.
• Team Skins, and raffles will be available

Children 7 years or older are welcome to participate as a golfer, when accompanied by a parent or adult.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• If outing is cancelled due to weather, players will be issued "rain checks" by the Jackal Golf club, however dinner will still be served at 4:00 p.m. and raffles will still be available.
• If golfer cancels, 48 hour notice is required to receive a 50% refund of registration fee.
• If golfer is a "no show", registration fee is non-refundable.
