Allie Arnst on Acutonics
Acutonics is used in many ways, including balancing and haromonizing chakras. For those who are new to this idea, the 7 major chakras are like mini energy wheels. Sometimes 1 or more charkas become weakened due to stress and we feel out of balance. One reason Acutonics works so well relates to the composition of our human bodies – we are 70% water. Sound travels 4 times faster in water than in air. This makes the human body the perfect receptor for healing through vibrational sound.
