Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport (MSP) is about 12 miles from the meeting hotel. Ground transportation options include:
Light Rail Transit, $2.25, rush hours, or $1.75, other times. Hiawatha Line (Route 55) from MSP Terminal1-Lindbergh or MSP Terminal 2-Humphrey toward Downtown Minneapolis/Target Field. Ride to Nicollet Mall Station, about 6 blocks from Minneapolis Hilton. Free bus service is available on Nicollet Mall to 11th Street, 1 block from the Hilton.
Shared van service, $17 one way.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or a deposit for one night's room and tax.
In room Internet is complimentary for group rate attendees. Valet parking from Marquette Avenue entrance is $23/day. Self-parking, located at 11th Street & 2nd Avenue, is $13/day. Parking rates include in/out privileges.
Guests may change their arrival date, length of stay or cancel a reservation entirely up to 6pm CST three (3) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Individuals who cancel a reservation less than three (3) days before check in will be charged for one night's stay. Individuals who change their arrival date less than three (3) days before check in may be charged for their previously reserved first night at the discretion of the hotel.
Failure to claim a reservation (No-Show) will result in a charge for one night's stay. This charge will be posted to the individual guest credit card provided to guarantee the room reservation.
The Hilton Minneapolis will charge a $149 Early Departure Fee to any guests who check out prior to their confirmed departure dates.
Any individual who attends any part of this interim meeting must register and pay a meeting fee. Registration and meeting fee options are as follow:

The meeting fee covers AV equipment, network/Internet services, power hook-ups for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and meeting services and supplies.
The combined hotel room stays of 802.3 attendees covers the meeting rooms themselves. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Hilton Minneapolis must pay a higher meeting fee than attendees staying at the meeting hotel.
The Hilton Minneapolis will charge all attendees for the selected meeting fee and provide a receipt to each attendee. If you are a Hilton guest, the hotel will charge the fee to the credit card on file. If you are not a Hilton guest, you must provide a credit card at registration. The correct meeting fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled sessions.
If you register for this meeting and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration no later than 5pm PDT Friday May 4, 2012 to avoid incurring a charge for your meeting fee.
