Diagnostics and Amplification for Infants and Toddlers: Training for Audiologists 

Idaho’s Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program and the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) are partnering to offer an exciting training opportunity for audiologists. This training will enhance knowledge and skills in the assessment of hearing loss in infants and provide strategies to ensure appropriate amplification and intervention for infants and toddlers with hearing loss. The training combines 8 weeks of online preparation with a four-day on-site session emphasizing clinical procedures and hands-on practicum.

Training Registration Fee: $150.

*Early Registration is encouraged as enrollment is limited to 50 participants. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this workshop if an insufficient number of registrations are recieved.

This special opportunity is offered to you courtesy of a grant from the Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Registration fee includes course materials, online preparation, and on-site training with breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks each day. Hotel will be covered for those audiologists coming from outside of Boise. (Hotel coverage is limited to the first 35 registrants- preference will be given to Idaho audiologists.)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests must be received by March 26, 2012. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are welcome. NCHAM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event or portions thereof due to insufficient enrollment and limit their liability to registration refunds only.
