Hotel Valley Ho Room Reservations

Hotel Valley Ho was cool back in 1956 when it first opened its doors, before Downtown Scottsdale was downtown. It's every bit as chic now, after an expansive but meticulously groomed renovation.

This mid-century modern landmark offers posh, playful rooms and suites, fab fare at ZuZu, and VH Spa for Vitality + Health. Hotel Valley Ho is centrally located in Downtown Scottsdale, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and Old Town's renowned art galleries.

The seven-story Tower is the artful elite hotel within a hotel. It offers spacious one and two-bedroom Tower Suites with complete kitchens as well as generously sized Tower Signature Guest Rooms. Here, the rooms are distinctly designed as light, bright, and fanciful havens with sweeping panoramic views.

Reservations
Swiss Avenue Partners  has obtained a special group rate of $135.00 single or double per night, exclusive of applicable taxes. This room rate is available until May 6th and then until Wednesday June 5-8 based upon availability. To make your hotel reservations, please call 480.248.2000 or 866.882.4484. To receive the group rate you must let the reservations agent know you are with Swiss Avenue Partners.  Check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 pm.  Those arriving on Wednesday before the conference we will have a poolside cabana for your leisure if your room is not ready.

Hotel Cancellations/No-Shows
Reservations made are on an individual basis, a credit card may be given tohotel to guarantee the guest room reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the guest checks out of the hotel. Individual reservations cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date will be assessed a one-night room and tax penalty charge.  This charge will be placed on the account that is guaranteeing the reservation.  Click here to view Conference Cancellation Policy.

Travel/Ground Transportation

• By Air: The resort is easily reached by flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the closest major airport; it is located about 10 miles southwest of Hotel Valley Ho.  

• By Taxi: AAA/Yellow Cab, Apache Taxi, and Mayflower Cab are the companies that are contracted by the airport to provide taxi transportation. You can simply walk outside the terminal to catch one. The cost is usually around $25 per cab, holding up to 4 passengers. 

• Curbside Sedan Service: $30 plus 20% gratuity, per sedan. This can be arranged with the concierge prior to your arrival. When you arrive at baggage claim, you will call Transtyle and let them know you have arrived at the airport for your pick up. The driver will then pull up into position, and you can walk outside the terminal and meet the car.

• Parking: Overnight underground valet parking is $14.00 per vehicle, and limited complimentary self-parking is available; please see a guest services representative for details.
  

Weather & Attire

In June, the average temperature during the day in Scottsdale is in the 90’s and the evening average is in the 60’s. Business attire is appropriate.
