Employee Resource Groups continue to face their main challenge: member engagement. Rather than a challenge in itself, often member apathy is a symptom of an ERG lacking a defined value proposition. In this call, we will outline the way ERGs can balance 3 areas to deliver value: to their membership, their company and their community.
We will examine some insights from our 2008 State of LGBT ERGs report, and discuss how finding this “value balance” can get all of your membership excited and engaged. Participants will take away a new perspective and some samples of how they can deliver value.
