  The focus of this workshop will be expectations for board services, the governance, financial and legal roles and responsibilities of board members, how effective boards operate, finding the right fit, and creating strong board/staff partnership.

Who will benefit from this workshop:   Nonprofit Board Members, Prospective Board Members, Corporate Executives, Interested Community Members, Nonprofit Executive Directors & Management Staff.
