AUDIO-FILES: BYU Student Screening

Are you a fan of good music? Do you love discovering a new track months before the radio turns it into an overplayed annoyance on its way to the #1 spot on iTunes?

If so, BYUtv’s new music-themed show AUDIO-FILES is just for you. This all-new original series features 13 bands, the artists and their stories, passion, and music. Be one of the first to catch two premier episodes of a fresh, break-through show at this special event. You’ll get an offstage look at Imagine Dragons, a fast-growing sensation recently signed by Interscope Records and whose music is featured on MTV, American Idol, and many commercials; they will be BIG. Also featured will be Joshua James, who has played with John Mayer and Third Eye Blind on his way to topping digital release charts in past years.

There will be awesome music with plenty of things to go look up, buy online, or tell all your friends about afterwards. Come for free food and a chance to win free stuff. You’ll want to be there! Admission is free, but you must register.

                           

 

Guidelines

Seating
Seating begins half an hour before the listed starting time. Please park and enter through the north entrance of the BYU Broadcasting Building. We may overbook so it is important to arrive on time. Audience members will be admitted on a first come first serve basis.

Age for Admittance
We love our younger friends, but due to the nature of a live studio production, audience members must be at least eight years old to attend. Also, no babes-in-arms will be admitted.

Dress Standard
Casual dress is appropriate for this event. Also, keep in mind that recording studios can be chilly! We highly encourage all of our guests to bring a sweater or jacket.

Food and Beverages
No food or drink will be allowed inside the BYU Broadcasting Building or studios.
