The Farm to Table Dinner will feature locally sourced and seasonally fresh foods for an unforgettable experience, prepared by local chefs, Rob Gioia and Edwin Martinez from Al Fresco, Kevin Tarter from Chef’s Table, and Elisa Scarpa from Fatto in Casa. Sommelier selected wines, a signature spring cocktail and a handcrafted locally brewed beer will accompany the delicious, locally sourced cuisine. Food will be supplied from your favorite local farms and artisans, ensuring fresh and unique flavors.
While the food will be unforgettably delicious, the setting will be equally memorable. The dinner will take place under Winter Garden’s downtown pavilion, blossoming with vibrant Spring decor. The outdoor setting will allow you to enjoy the Spring’s refreshing air and the harmonies of our area’s best traditional and bluegrass musicians. Chefs, farmers, artisan producers, neighbors and local leaders will be able to mingle over hors d’ oeuvres and cocktails followed by a sumptuous five-course dinner.
Ticket sales from this dinner make the Harvest Festivities a reality, and will also benefit Slow Food Orlando. The event connects the GRASS-ROOTS with the DEEP-ROOTS of our local food-shed by celebrating our local farmers, gardeners, entrepeneurs, and non-profits.
