Youth T&F Meet

Description:   USATF Sanctioned Youth Track and Field meet open to all comers in Sub-bantam, bantam, midget, youth, Intermidiate, and Young Adult age groups.  Track events include: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, hurdles, 4x100, 4x800.  Field events include:  Long Jump, High Jump, Discus, Shot put, Pole Vault, Triple Jump and Javelin.  Events vary by age group according to USATF guidelines.

USATF AGE GROUPS
Sub-bantam-born in 2004 or earlier

Bantam-born in 2002 and 2003

Midget-born in 2000 and 2001

Youth-born in 1998 and 1999

Intermediate-born in 1996 and 1997

Young adult-born in 1994 and 1995

                                                     

Registration/Costs:  $5.00 per event, usatf age group limits on events.  Registration at CoachO

Spectator Admission Costs:       $3.00, Children under 18 free           

Field Event Schedule: Starting at 9:00am

 Shot put will start an 9am (youngest to oldest) followed by Discus(youngest to oldest)

Triple Jump will start at 9am (youngest to oldest)

Long jump will start after triple jump (youngest to oldest)

Javelin will start at 9am (oldest to youngest)

High jump will start at 9am (youngest to oldest)

Pole vault at 10am (youngest to oldest)

 

Running Event Schedule: Starting at 9:30am

3000 Meter run

80/100/110 meter Hurdles

100 meter dash

200 meters sub-bantam

800 meter run

4 x 100 relay

Pee wee 55 meter(event is free and open to all younger athletes not participating in meet.)

400 meter dash

1500 meter run

200 meter dash

4 x 800 meter

Awards:  Medals to top 3 event finishers, Ribbons to 4-8, Ribbons to top 3 relay team finishers.  Awards must be picked up at meet.

Concession/Merchandise:  Full range of concession items will be available during the meet as well as Fishers Classic and track related merchandise.

Results:   Will be posted during the meet and will be available after the race at Coacho.com and Fishersfire.info
