Your morning will include:
- An understanding of sustainable native and warm water fish
- Avoiding the bones in oily fish
- Creating family friendly dishes
- Wowing your dinner party guests
- hands on experience preparing a flat fish for your lunch
*Demonstrations may include:
- Warm Crab Pancakes
- Mussels in Pilau Rice with a Coconut, Cucumber and Tomato Relish
- Crispy Lemon Sardines with Parmesan and Oregano
- Filleting a Monkfish Tail and making Monkfish Sates with a Spicy Peanut Sauce
- Fillets of Gurnard wrapped in Pancetta with a Black Olive Pate
- Braised Flllet of Brill
