This will be Chef Alex’s 4th year teaching a Mexican inspired class for Cinco de Mayo and we always have a great time tasting different varieties of tequilla, making & sampling delicious fresh Mexican food & sipping homemade sangria! Our Cinco de Mayo Menu: Sopa Tarasca, Braised Carne in a Pasilla Chili and Changos Zamoranos. Ole’!
