Join Chef Alexandra Day of Chez Vous for a fun evening of celebration in the Newport Cooks! kitchen preparing a delicious meal inspired by the Michoacán region of Mexico. Michoacán is known as the "soul of Mexico" and has what is described
as soulful food. This will be Chef Alex’s 4th year teaching a Mexican inspired class for Cinco de Mayo and we always have a great time tasting different varieties of tequilla, making & sampling delicious fresh Mexican food & sipping homemade sangria!  Our Cinco de Mayo Menu: Sopa Tarasca, Braised Carne in a Pasilla Chili and Changos Zamoranos. Ole’!
