Whether you own a boat, work on a yacht, are considering buying a boat, belong to the Freedom Boat Club, are a frequent guest aboard a friend’s yacht (or wish to be invited more often...) this series of practical, hands-on cooking classes definitely has something to offer you. Let’s be honest, preparing fabulous meals in a galley poses a host of culinary challenges. We wrestle with storage issues, cooling & heating limitations or lack thereof, an often limited supply of fresh water, being off shore (or in Narragansett Bay) for a number of days at a time, and the list goes on... Cooking, prepping, provisioning for and serving delectable meals can seem downright daunting. Well, no longer must that be the case...Chef Christy Erickson-Prior, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, international yacht Chef and race team coordinator is here to teach us to become more proficient and creative in the galley and will share her time earned tips & tricks to make your next meal on board far more enjoyable.
Class Fee: $220 per student for all 4 classes
