"The Danger Zone" focuses on officer safety, how to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues that can indicate aggression and how to respond to survive the encounter. Actual case studies provide analysis of aggressive behavior indicators leading up to physical attacks on law enforcement officers.

This class is offered free of charge to all law enforcement, corrections, fire and emergency medical personnel.

Lead instructor, Major Tania Pendarakis (Ret), is joined by special guest presenter, Lt. Vann Streety, who was shot in the line of duty in 2009.   Lt. Streety is a dynamic speaker and his story will chill you and inspire you.
