Chef Northern's uniquely creative appetizers. Enjoy this four course appetizer pairing and
enjoy socializing with winemaker Kevin Correll.

Peach and Rosemary Panna Cotta
2009 "Nuclear Blonde" Chardonnay
Sonoma Valley foie gras, with compressed pears and smoked almonds
2008 "Trifecta" Merlot
Mushroom Ragu with coffee foam
2008 "Double Barrel" Cabernet Sauvignon
Braised Pork belly, smoked turnips, apple brounoise

Wines are available to purchase by the glass and by the bottle at tasting room prices.
