About VHQC

As the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Virginia, VHQC convenes providers, practitioners and patients to build and share knowledge, spread best practices and achieve rapid, wide-scale improvements in patient care, increases in population health and decreases in healthcare costs. Additionally, VHQC protects Medicare beneficiaries by reviewing quality complaints and discharge appeals. Join us for "Critical Healthcare Decisions: Important Conversations", a free three-part webinar series that is open to all providers and community partners, including hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and nurses (and interested care team members).

Sponsored by VHQC and presented by Judy Lentz, RN, MSN, NHA – CEO, Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, the series will emphasize conversations that help patients make important, advanced healthcare decisions. Webinar sessions will be held from 12:00-1:30 p.m. on the following dates:
