The Small Business Roundtable is open to any current in business entrepreneur.
Participation is FREE with online registration.
You are the entrepreneur who wears many hats. And you are responsible for growing your business and handling key issues. The business Roundtable is an opportunity to learn from your in-business peers. You will discuss business challenges presented by the current environment. There will be no formal presentations at this meeting. The roundtable is designed as a facilitated peer-to-peer discussion of best practices in selected areas of business management. The topic for discussion will be selected by the participants of the roundtable at the start of the meeting. Examples of topics may include:- Building sales in a flat ecomony
- Performance metrics
- Cash flow improvement
- Social marketing to drive sales (website, social media)
- Funding opportunities
- Hiring strategies – the role of outsourcing
- Government regulation
- Networking – strengthen your alliances
