13th Annual NOACA Summit

Attend NOACA’s 13th Annual Summit

The theme of NOACA’s 13th Annual Summit is “Moving into a New Era.” As an organization, NOACA will undergo a change in leadership when Executive Director Howard Maier retires. Cuyahoga County government has completely restructured, and efforts are underway to coordinate planning efforts for a 12-county region. And all of this is taking place in a new and uncertain world of transportation and infrastructure funding. Welcome to the dawn of a new era!
